Subject To, Owner Finiciaing Forms Document Etc...

So I have been reading alot lately and I believe I under stand the "Subject to, owner finiciaing" My question is where can I find examples of forms for this.

Also I currently have a chance purchase 75,000 dollar home for around 50,000. It is not owner ocuppied. My idea is to paint & carpet then sell. Is "Subject to, owner finiciaing" my best option then say "Lease to Own"

Howdy from Texas

You should read more. The "Subject to" talked about here is Subject to the EXISTING financing. Leaving the existing loan in place and making the payments directly to the lender. Sort of Taking over the loan without formally assuming it. Definately learn how to do it right before attempting it.
    Good luck,
