Subject To Or Short Sale?
Hello all,
I am not sure which this is and would like some feedback on how to handle it if at all. I hope this is enough information to get started.
3/2 SFR not sure about sq ft.1500? owner wants out says he owes 116k, wants 126k, also willing to let the bank take it back. Miminal repairs from what we have seen so far, highly desirable neighborhood bought the house back in 2001 for 135K. I am so far unable to pull up mortgage info online,but will try to go to the courthouse soon. Realtor comps are 160-175K. We are waiting to speak to the owner who is out of town, but was curious as to your opinions if you care to share.
