Subject To In SC And NC

I am getting ready to buy in SC and NC subject to props. What forms will I need? Where is best place to get them? Is there one place that has them all specific for these two states? grin

Buy either John Locke's or William Tingle's course on sub2's. Use the forms they provide and have them reviewed by a local attorney.

    Yep,
That's the best way. A little $$ up front will ensure you don't get it in the end!!!
