Ummm. How many people are looking for Single family homes verse cono's and apartment buildings. Me personally I would stay away from them unless I had a slue of buyers of the such. If I could afford to hold and find a take out buyer I would. But because I'm looking for a quick turn I would stick to the 3+beds 1.5+ bath houses untill I have gained strong personal buying power.
I personally only do Single Family Homes. There are more out there, easier to get comps and you don't have to deal with 1. Condo Associations 2. Tenants
