What forms do you guys get the seller to sign when taking the property SubTo to Cover Your Assetts from any later "misunderstandings"?

Alot of people use land trusts to maintain anonymity while doing deals. No guarantee it'll protect you from any 'misunderstandings' but I believe that's the form you're referring to. Do a google search for 'free real estate forms'. I found a bunch that way. Make sure you have them looked over by a competent RE lawyer though....

    Goodluck.

there are some really good example in this post: http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Forum&file=viewtopic&topic=31539&forum=34

I think that the easier it is for the seller to understand (plain english) the better.[ Edited by ZinOrganization on Date 10/28/2004 ]
