Subject 3 And Bankruptcy
here is my question i have access to a list of home owners who filed for bankruptcy in 2004 and 2003 what investing technique would you guys use if the homeowners answered my letters that i send out to them about selling their home? is this list a goldmine because i have over a hundred names and addresses to contact. any feedback would be appreciated.
