Subject 2 Time Frame

There seems to be a lot of paper work involved in a sub2 deal so my question is this...

My job doesn't allot anytime for me to be away. I work from 6-6 5 days a week. Is it still possible to conduct sub2 deals with this kind of schedule?

yes and there is a lot less paper work then you think.

I have one of dem der jobby things too and it doesn't stop me. I buy on weekends and after 6. This can be a part time thing and once you do one you will see how easy it is and you won't have that same mentality.

It is good to know that Neb.

Mr. Locke the pleasure is all mine. I am speaking in general. I read a lot about contract this contract that when people are refering to sub2. My assumption (if you will) was that I would be spending some time at the court house or the title company and my job would definitely prevent that. Tax return is on its way right now I know I have been wanting to get your course for quite some time now.

    Hi killenjw,

Your attorney or title company can take care of any title searches or closings that you need to have done if you don't have the time to do them yourself.

I worked a 60-80 hr a week job for the last year before I went full time investing.

You can do it if you really want to.

    Jim,

I will show you ways to get the title reports without spending money with attorney's or title companies.

I know you work hard for your money no sense spending it when you don't have to on an attorney or title company.

PS: Closings are a piece of cake also.[ Edited by JohnLocke on Date 01/21/2004 ]

    reibyme,

    Glad to meet you.

At the upcoming convention they are going to have what they call "GURU GAB", which will entail some of the course writers sitting at a round table in the evening answering questions from the attendees.

I think I will save some of my best strategies for the round table folks.

I just hope I can take leave and get down there for the convention. I don't see it happening but it is worth a shot.
