Sub To - Birddogging
I am a new or more accurately want to be real estate investor. I am knowledgeable about real estate having been a real estate agent a few years ago. I am wondering if all you good people out there could give me your opinions on what would be more effective in kick starting my real estate investing. Should I purchase $Cash$'s birddogging ebook or his subject to course. After reading this forum I understand that both are excellent books.

I would have to say that the E-book was informative in areas I needed info on but wish I could have purchased the Sub2 book also I am in a position where I bellieve that is the area I would like to begin as it is ver simple to start and ground level turnkey operation is what I have been reading. Up until I read the BD ebook I had no I dea how to even get started in the BD area and am getting out there and making offers now to propose to possible investor/ partners. So either on is good and both offer a decent level of info from what I have read so far. although I dont have the Sub2 book yet I will have in the near future.
