HAS ANYONE HAD ANY LUCK WITH BUYING HOMES VIA SUBJ ECT 2I HAVE PLACED A FEW ADS I GET THE TELER CALLS BUT NOT FOR SUB 2 THE ADS DOES GENERATE HOUSES PEOPLE IN TROUBLE WHO NEED TO SELL BUT IM NOT GETTING ANY SUB 2 DEALS

I also live in the "big apple" and have not started my ad campaign. Can you tell me what papers you are using and how much the ads cost? It is my intention to try Sub2 asap. I find that sellers here are not as desparate and want cash. However, I do know one person that has been successful in doing it here in Brooklyn.
I would also be interested in knowing how many of the calls have been good leads that will eventually close. One more question, are you flipping to any
investors in the area? If you are, how are you finding them?
