Stupid Question But Something I Don't Get

Okay, this may sound like a stupid question BUT it's something I've not been able to figure out. Say I meet with a seller and I put an an offer in front of them for a lease/option set to expire within 30 days if they don't accept.

Now, my question is this: Do I live the offer with them right then and there or do I run down to a store and make a copy of it and give them a copy? I mean, what do I do here? I'm stting in their house and I'm thinkin' that we need two copies, one for me and one for them? What do I do? Just come back later that day with a copy of it?

What do you guys think?

    Hey,

You bring two copies of the contract with you: one for them and one for you to take. Or you can bring a portable computer and printer and print them off in the car.

BUT I do not agree with this 30 day offer idea. I don't buy using L/P, but ALL my offers are good for 24-48 hours.

If they do not accept it is just trash to me. I do not care to even keep a copy until I have a deal. I just keep up with the who and how much I offered on a spreadsheet. I do would not give but a few days to consider.

    Good LUCK and Thank You
    Hope this helps some
