Structuring Wholesale Contract
how do you guys structure your contracts with your buyers so you guarentee he is serious about purchasing the property and does not try to backout last minute? i have a deal with a 30k assignment fee, were my buyer will make prob around 50k after construction, this is my first deal, and i dont want him to backout or try to squeeze additional cash from the deal.
I am a TOTAL new guy.
But I read today some where to have your buyer put down 1000 at the signing of the contract. This seperates hard money buyers from the lil guys
