Structuring A L/O Deal
I have a motivated seller who wants sell her property and move into an assited home complex. She states the complex requires full payment for 60k property. The home she currently lives in is worth about 65k. The seller also may qualify for a VA guaranteed loan if they were able to finance the property. I also have a possible T/B that has 5k to put down as option money.
Any ideas of how this deal can be done will be greatly appreciated.
