Stop The Texas State Senete From OUTLAWING A Begginers Easiest Way Of Obtaining Investment Property
I thought since almost all investors are such large proponates of using lease options you all needed to hear about this. The Texas Senate is trying to make lease options and contract for deeds transactions illegal with Senate Bill 629. It started with trying to protect migrants along the boarder from being taken advantage of. While I do agree that there should be some sort of reform in the matter the course of action they are taking is throwing the baby out with the bath water. I am hoping that you all hearing about this and spreading the word will help get some action taken by anyone that resides or owns property in Texas. To access the link to the Bill click Senate Bill 629.

This has got to be stopped or one of the best options for new investors to get started and for credit challanged buyers will disappear. I am a mortgage broker that works almost exclusivly with investors and it has already started to affect my business. Please get the word out. Call all the state Senators and Representatives. Email them. Write them. Just let them know this can not be passed.
Well I would love to read the article, but no link. It was stripped.
How about telling us what we should put in a search engine to find it. I tried Senate Bill 629 and it is not what you are talking about...
