Start A Construction Site Clean Up Business.

Any body ever done this or know how to run one.

I am thinking about buying a Roll Off Container/Dumpster and Truck. Is this a good business idea. I am open to any advice.

I think the biggest cost is the tipping or dumping fee at the landfill.

Can you make your process "green" to differentiate yourself (if people will pay for it?)

You are about 2 years late to start this kind of business.

Contractors are now squeezed by material and labor costs. Also squeezed by the declining market and the prices they can get for the houses they build. Successful contractors are not leaving anything for scavengers to harvest...the way they used to.

Your market is less than 30% of what it used to be. Put your idea on hold for a couple of years...the market will be back!

Yeah I am looking for a good one too. I tried a website that was runned by cameron dunlap. I paid $29.99 for them to find an owner of a vacant house. The results came up that the owner still lives there. So I did my own search on google and found out the guy was in jail. I found the owner just by google the name. Company did not refund my money even though I found the seller.

I have a PI that has access to various databases.

He charged me 60 or 65 for the initial profile.

But in this case, there was a gap in his residence recorders.
