* When do I obtain the deed from the motivated seller?
* When should I do a title check?
*When do I get the property appraised?
* Do I hire my own appraiser or does the Loss Mitigation send out their own appraiser to look at the property?
* I was told that when I do get the deed, to put it under and Land Trust? What is this and why?
