SS Best Way To Go?
I am a young person and ready to invest. Is SS the best way to go? My goal to purchase homes ASAP with the least hassles. I was told that SS would be better for my situation, but I could not get info on it please help

Wholesaling properties is a good way for beginners to learn the ropes.
SS is ok as well if you have negotiating skills, cash or a financial backer.
Try looking into subject-to deals. These people are still a few months away from being kicked out on the streets.. SS are usually very time sensative.

Consistently successful preforeclosure short sale acquisition is complex. There is a learnng curve, certainly not something for a beginner.
