SS 2nd To Appraise Home Again?
SS 1st appraised the property approx. 4.5 weeks ago and now the 2nd wants to appraise the property before allowing deal to go through.
2nd was offered 15,000 by the 1st and also demanded the homeowner to pay 800 dollars to stop the forclosure process.
Is this a new chapter in SS?
That seems a little tight since the 2nd is 20,000.
Thats all.
The first mortgagee has approved $15,000 to be paid to the second? I guess it really wants the short to go through.
