The same reason this web site was created, to help people make money. I never said they couldn't charge for their advice and knowledge. You assumed that I meant for free. I have taught many people how to do certain skills in other areas for a fee, I unfortunatley don't know much about realestate.
Does anyone have any detailed information on the conference in Troy or know where I can find it? I went to the calendar and the informational website which says practically nothing. Would be very interested in attending if I can get the info.

There is a conference in Troy 3rd week of April. I think there's an ad for it on the site here.
