South Carolina And FLA Bank Repos?
Looking for some info on how the foreclosure's and tax sales work in SC and FLA. Would appreciate it if anyone could help.
This brings up a good point. There is really no resource on this site for people looking for info on how sales work out of state. How about an area with a general overview on each states proceedures? Would be a great addition to the site IMHO. 
You need to find the State Statutes and read them for each state and for each jurisdiction you are wanting to work in. Good luck.
Yeah, I figgured that out. But, I also thought that we might have some folks from those states that might save me the time, just as I would if someone asked about Ohio.
