Sources For Rehabs
Hey all-
I'm searching for my first rehab project, and possibly my own house.
For all of you veteran rehabbers, have you found your best source of houses to rehab to be foreclosures, other investors, bird dogs, RE agents/brokers...? Do you try to stick with one source because it works best for you? Or do you take whatever you can get?
Also, I have about 20K worth of equity to start with--would you advise using this for starting up (tools & materials, etc) or is there a better source? I'm a big fan of using other people's money, I just do not know yet how that works.
