Sources For Newbie Georgia Investor

Does anyone know
A good title company/rep to work with
A creative and FAST mortgage broker for backend sales?
A reasonable source for hard money, or private investor in Georgia?
Do you recommend paying buyer's closing costs to expedite sales?

    Hello Jmax,

In the Greater Atlanta area, paying buyer's closing cost in par for the course. Somehow all buyers think the closing cost is the standard, and it just may very well be, you may not get the sell unless you pay closing cost. Happy investing

If you are in the greater Atlanta area, I can help provide you the closing attorney information. I also have a great MB that understands creative deals.

Check with Gerorgia REIA. It is about $175 /year for membership but you will get as much learning, and networking as you can stand. There are a good deal of attorneys, and Tax guys as members who do know what they are talking about.

There are also a good deal of hard money people in the organization. Depending on where you are at we can do hard money on the right deal.
