    Bargain76,

You mention that TV advertisement gets a great response rate. Can you put that in perspective with dollars per lead?
How much does it cost to run a TV campaign and what are the response rates?

    DougOn,

What is your phone script that seems to work the best?

  • IBuyHousesInc28th November, 2005

So Doug, are you only doing lease options? And with your lease options are you optioning them at 75% of value?

And TV works well. You can see someof our commercialsat my web site. www.ibuyhouses-inc.com

to date I have earned over 1 million from my TV spots...

  • IBuyHousesInc28th November, 2005

    Humm... I don’t buy anything unless I see 75% or $ 52,000.00

And yes the market is turning to a buyers market and the sellers are discounting even more... our calls were up 22 percent last month.

Don’t be afraid to renegotiate your deals that are in escrow now too. Save/make as much as you can...

Ibuyhouses.....nice website, did homevestors ever try to go after you for using the word "ugly" in your advertisements? i was working with one of the franchisees back in miami and he told me the that main company went after people using "ugly" in their advertisements for trademark infringement or something similar.

Go...I am not sure if anyone would listen...

Word of mouth is a great marketing tool...

    how did ya get started???

  • NewKidInTown315th December, 2005

Your post has an inherent contradiction. Your subject title asks what is least expensive advertising, while your post asks what is most effective.

Least expensive is word of mouth. Networking does not cost anything. Most effective may be most expensive too.

I wish I could help you better...
