So, Is Flipping Legal Or Not?
I am trying to get into abandoned homes and foreclosed properties. I want make sure i go about this the right way. Do any one have any books to recommend to give some insight on foreclosed and abandoned properties?
To buy a property, fix it up (or not), and sell it at fair market value is legal. To artificially inflate the value through a series of false sales or working with an unethical appraiser in order to get a loan for more than the actual value of the property is not.
