Boy, the difference between acurint and the others is remarkable. $2.50 versus $25. Is this one of those cases where you get what you pay for?
I'm trying out www.deadleads.com just because myfrogger has mentioned them several times in the past. I will probably also try out acurint after I fill out their form.
Check out Triple A Recovery - they're nationwide
I use Accurint.
They are inexpensive, reports are VERY detailed, and quite pleasant to work with.

Accurint is only 25 cents for a person search, if you just want to find out where that owner of the vacant went.
