Single Tenant US Government Leases
Has anyone had any luck selling single tenant office buildings leased to the agencies of the United States Department of Agriculture? These are 5 year leases with a 5 year extension. The issue is that the GSA imposes within the lease the ability for the tenant to reduce to zero the space being leased with a 60-120 day written notice.
