Simple Buy Sell Agreement
Does anyone have an example or sample of a "Simple Buy Sell Agreement?" I have copies of FHA/VA and Conventional Loan Assumption Docs but I would like to have a Simple Buy Sell Agreement for pre-foreclosures. I would like to have this in addition to the Loan Assumptions Documents.

Thanks Chris, I went to the freebie link earlier under legal forms/real estate... However, I did not see a simple buy/sell agreement... I noticed they had other type forms for mortgage assumption and quick deed and assigment of purchase agreement....but none of these forms worked for me thats why I posted this forum.
I am working a preforclosure deal... I want to have a written agreement between me and the buyer stating that I the buyer is purchasing the house from the seller on such date. I want this in addition to any loan assumption documents that i already have. My issue is that in case i have to goto the trustee and stop the auction sale on the house by paying the back mortgage then i want to be covered. I am concerned about exposing myself to that type of risk.... Ideally i would like to deal with the bank however, in the event that this is a rush sale and I am to get this homeowner out of default i want to be covered with a buy/sell agreement stating that i am bringing the mortgage current with the agreement that the homeower is going to sell me the home at said price.
I'm not sure a transfer of deed would provide me with any protection.
