Signs? One More Question
Ok, I ordered and received all my hundred signs. Here is my question. What is the best way to put them out? using stakes? I saw some with holes and chicken wire hanging them to fences... basically its just me out there puttin em up and its a little overwhelming to think of putting out all hundred of them. any suggestion
Where did you get the signs from?
Put out 25-30 at a time. I use roofing nails, stakes, and even electrical ties for those good areas with nothing to stake or nail something in to.
Good luck and learn to drop your hammer and run from the area if you see the 4.0. LOL
some people also pay kids/teenagers to put them out for them for a small fee...i.e $50 for xxx amount of signs...or the whole batch...work the numbers!

Data is outdated. You are better off trying to find a company in your state that focuses on your specific area. Good luck.
Here is one other way...
Try a forebearance agreement and get the house in a trust. With a forebearance it will cost about $2-5k to make the loan current. Then do a lease option and try to get $5-8k down or more to cover your money and get rental income.
