Signing On Behalf Of LLC

What is the correct way to sign on behalf of your LLC? Here are a few variations I've seen or considered.

-Capital LLC by John Doe
-Capital LLC, John Doe as manager
-Capital LLC, John Doe as member
-Capital LLC, John Doe as owner
-Capital LLC, John Doe as agent

What is recommended. Any not legal? What does everyone else use?

While a number of possible variations might work, if on non RE deals between private individuals.

But, if it's on RE, I'd just ask a title/escrow co. in the state to tell me how they want it done...since if they don't like it, won't pass it, what else matters?

Should depend on whether the LLC is managed by a manager or by members, and on what the operating agreement says regarding a single signature being authorized or needing two, three, etc.

    Capital LLC

We're simply member managed and we each have the ability to bind the LLC.

Thanks for the submissions thusfar but let's hear from some others about how they sign for their LLC.
