should I work for a title company?
Trying to gain as much info as possible.
I have a friend who owns a title search company. I have considered offering my services free of charge to her one day a week for 1 year in exchange for me following her around on the days she goes to the court house to do her "thing"
She gets free labor-I get knowledge. What do you think?
That sounds like a fair exchange to me. You might [if she hedges] offer to sign a non-compete contract. You might offer it anyway because you aren't there to become her competition, in the title search company aspect, anyway...

It never hurts to learn all you can about all the angles of RE.
I learned a lot taking my mortgage brokers class.
I have read text books for RE agent.
I like your idea about learning more about titles. This is a very weak area for me.
I think that you have a great idea.
