Should I Buy 1 4-plex Or 3 Houses Or Duplex + House?
Hi there,
We are ready to invest in this market and were originally looking at buying a 4plex. Then someone told us we should buy 3 houses instead, so that all of our investment is not tied up in one property.
Any experience or suggestions out there? Thanks in advance!
How long do you want to hold the investments? Are you going to manage the investments (find tenants, arrange for repairs, etc.) or are you going to have it managed by a management company? How far are they located from you? Are you looking for LT appreciation or high cash flows? Have you been a landlord before?
