Should A Bird Dogger Ask The Seller About Price??

Need some help from other Bird Doggers!

Is it better for the Bird Dog to ask the seller about the price of the property or would it be better for the potiential buyer investor to ask about the price? confused confused

    Glad to meet you.

    Unless you understand how to ask any questions without offending the seller you are going to loose deals.

    You are better in the beginning letting the investor ask the questions and you only provide the lead. You will soon learn if the investor is someone you want to provide leads for by how he does his job.

    You will find investors that you will want to work with who understand how to get the job done, which in turn makes you money.

    I am now working with 5 investors. Out of the 5. Only 3 keep me informed but, not as much as I would like them to be. How can I make sure I am not getting ripped off without offending thew investor.
