What To OFFER ?
I need to call a seller back today and need advice on what to offer for a quick sale. He needs to get out of his property.
Propery appraises at 51K
Loan Balance is 33K
it is a rental property brining in 575 per month with a 1 year lease remaning.
needs some exterior work but it is not in bad shape
neighbor hood is not in great part of town but people still buy houses there.
Please give suggestions as what to offer and is this viable ?
