Does the same loss mitg. dept handle these? I thought that something like this was alot easier to buy, due to the condition, etc.. Thanks, Lolly
I would offer the $10K for an assignment just in case they are in the frame of mind that they will be foreclosed out and anything is better than an empty bag.
If you are successful at buying it you have many options for cashing out.
