SS After DIL
The Seller did a Deed-In-Lieu to Harris bank. He says the lender let him stay in the home and asked him to market/ sell the property.
Shall we proceed as a normal SS or is there anything else we need to check/ worry about?

It is not a short sale if the lender has the title. You will be negotiating with the bank on a foreclosure property.
