Short Sales And Pretty Homes
i have been comming across a lot of pre-forclosures due to my advertising. but most are newly purchased homes with little wrong with them. is anyone out there successfully short selling pretty homes? if so what is your success rate?
If you don't have the property condition in your corner, then rely upon the strengths are available that would make your Proposal compelling enough for the mortgagee to take a loss.
Stagnant/Slow/Buyers' market as evidenced by comparable home's DOM?
Besides being pretty, are there any less than optimal features that detract from the property's marketability?
If not, move on.
