I just got a contract today with a homeowner that has a mortgage with wells fargo. I submitted the authorization and they said it can take up to 72 hours to process.
Also thanks evolution, the numbers you provided were just the ones i needed.
Plus you only need a listing agreement if you are a realtor working with the homeowner. Tell them the property is not on the market because it is already under contract.
If the property is not listed, my suggestion is submit the package anyway, and let them request a listing agreement again.[ Edited by charlotteinvestor on Date 05/28/2006 ]
People know short sales. Can you provide more details so that people can provide input?
