Seller With Issues
Has anyone here tried to work a short when a seller that has had many problems in the past? Lady has had money judgments up the ying yang in the past. She also wants to be able to stay in the house or buy it back after I purchase it. I am going to tell her that could not happen but if that gets settled I still dont know if its a good idea to deal with a seller like this. I can just see her pulling something stupid along the way.
Run away! No seriously, she'll screw you over if you give her an inch.
