Salt Lake City> Anyone Here?
I would like to work the SLC area but I need a partner of other hand because I am busy working other areas.
I have a very novice friend there who could do some things for me BUT he has no idea of Real Estate.

There are so many there that it really is a good place to focus............thier are 15-20 sales a day there with maybe 5 going to sale.
I think it would be a short sale heaven.
As one can see these numbers are so high that it would keep an appraiser busy full time just doing the appraisals on them let alone the background work.
PS- I am a senior appraiser plus experienced in RE for 25 yrs.
