Quality Short Sale Package
Anybody have any thoughts or suggestions on a quality package that I can refer to in the future?? I'm in the middle of a deal now, and things are going well so far, but I'd like to be a little more prepared for the next one.
Anyone.........???
I would say that for $50 the "short sale primer" listed on this site would be wonderful!
I have another but am not real excited about it though it is adequate.

I saw that book and was wondering if anyione had any experience with it. I'm not looking for anything earth shattering. I've got this far without one, but I always need to learn more. Basically I'm looking for something practical, step by step, and inexpensive. Are you saying that thiis one fits the bill.. StockPro??
