Proposals Buildable Lot
I have recently purchased a 4500 Square foot lot. it is an r3 zone. (I can buid a 2 family on it) It is across the street from a school.Does anyone have any ideas on creativity of which i can do with it.

If the lot is sized right, a side by side duplex would be nice. I guess I am interested in what you had in mind when you bought the property as far as what you thought you were going to do with it. Also, like to know if the neighborhood is upscale, middle class or lower.
I am looking to flip this property once i build something on it. It is a residential area, not the greatest area, but a lot of people tried to buy the lot because of it being across the street form a newly built million dollar school.
