Problem With Short Sale
In contract to purchase a home in NC, owner has prior BK -- house needs substantial repairs, is vacant, loan is 5 months behind, auction is set for January. Have supplied everything lender has requested. Lender sent a local Realtor to perform a CMA of property to confirm that it needs work. Problem: Realtor spent "hours at night trying to complete the online report for the lender, only to find out that report did not 'go through system'. Realtor states that lender should get themselves another broker to do the CMA as he is not being paid enough to do this kind of reporting..."
Any ideas on how to proceed? Am trying to work a relationship with Loss Mit contact without cc:ing his boss, but callbacks from this company are rare.
Have e-mailed, left v-mail and faxed messages to loss mit contact, but...
