Net Sheet Vs. HUD-1
I've noticed that many people are sending in a HUD-1 with their initial short sale proposal to the bank. I've also read where many people have delayed submitting their proposals because they did not know how to fill out a HUD-1. I would suggest using a simple net sheet instead. It is much easier to fill out and it serves the same purpose. When you go to closing your attorney's office will fill out the HUD. However, it is in everyone's best interest to know to how to read one. I just thought I would share this bit of information.
