Need Private Money ASAP!
Hi All Private Lenders, I need to closed a deal by Monday 07/31/06 befor property goes to auctoin and Mortgage lender refuse to give me 30days to close the deal, I guess no redeemption in Georgia. Please need help as soon as possible. I did short sale property $330k .

Look for hard money. If the deal is good enough you should be able to find hard money to fund it. Try looking in the lender portion of this website .
