Need Help Starting Out
Hello,
I just stumbled on to this site a couple of minutes ago and I love it already!!!
I have been targeting tax sales in PA . How hard is it to get started in this area of REI ?

It is difficult to beat those that already have experience at the auctions and large amounts of capital to use. I suggest you do 2 things first. 1-attend and auction but do NOT bid. the next auction you should investigate the properties first. 2 - go out google and search "tax liens" and read ALL of the top few hits.
