Median Home Value Maps For Trade
Not sure if anyone has heard of it, but I use GIS, a geographical information system. It is a very valuable map making tool, that can be used to map out median home values by zip code and determine such things as population growth over time versus vacant homes (supply and demand). Anyway, if anyone is interested I can e-mail you a map, by zip code, of median home values in trade for all the forms I would need for a short sale. The data I use is from the US Census Bureau.
