Loss Mitigation
I'm new to realestate investing. this weekend, i checked out a couple of companies that offered programs, one being a loss mitigation specialist and short sale being the other. They wanted $2,000 a piece. are these programs all that they are hyped up to be? :-?
I believe with forclosures on the rise that ethically helping people save their homes through loss mitigation is a ligitimate service. Ethically trying to save the homeowner from foreclousre by helping them stay in their homes will help you gain credibility with the homeowner when loss mitigaiton is not a viable option.
