Looking For Short Sale For My Home
We are trying to avoid a foreclosure on our home. We are current on our mortgage, but we can no longer afford the payments and because we are "upside down" with it financially, an actual conventional sale is almost totally unlikely. The home is gorgeous, in a very exclusive community, south of Atlanta, GA, but also in need of some "cosmetic type repairs", both inside and out. Anyone who buys our home will love it, once the repairs will be done. Please, can anyone offer any help to a ditrssed family? We have owned our home for almost 10 years.
