I' m in the process of becoming an investor, and it's been a long process. Abn-Ammro began threatning foreclosure in Dec of 02, this was much in part to a botched up refy with Ameriqwest. I filed Bankruptcy in early 03, but Abn made a motion to continue with Foreclosure. We offered to vacate and deed the Property back, but they would not respond.We then decided to stay in the house until they come to the door. 01/01/04 we started paying rent on a house that we don't live so that we would be prepared when they came. Now I' ve decided that maybe we will try to short sale it to my partner, and then buy it back from him. Now please don't laugh!? I'm am also a Real Estate Agent, and listed the house to buy more time. I've been trying to step by step info on how to execute this Shortsale, but everyone I talk to beats around the bush to D&^% much, and if I wanted Patients I would have become a doctor! (Ha Ha)

What is the most effective way to negotiate a Shortsale with Abn-Ammro? In a Step By Step Format please.?!
