I Have A Shortsale Idea But I Don't Want You To Laugh
As a lender, I used to get calls all the time by people looking to buy defaulted loans. I have not received a call from anyone in over a year. I have an idea (maybe) regarding buying short sales but if few people are doing them, there must be a reason. Are there any pre-foreclosure buyers out there? If so e-mail me. I would like to run my idea past you before I post it here and expose I don’t know the ropes from the short sale buyer’s perspective. Thanks

What do you mean? I just being rejected by a band for ss. So I want to see whether they would sell me a default note. You have something to say about the other side. Post it out so we could all learn.
