HUD Application To Participate
I just received a HUD Application to Participate (attachement c) from the lender as well as the homeowner couseling certification (attachement b), along with an addendum to my contract to agree to take the property "as is". What does this mean in reference to the SS process? Is the lender seriously looking at the short sale or am I reading into it too much?
FHA preforeclosure short sale crieria requires that the borrower qualify for short sale relief, and the two ratios fall within acceptable ranges.
There is a lot of paperwork. I'm waiting for an approval for one that was started in April....
